Ticket & Payment
Unfortunately not—purchased tickets cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. This also applies to weather-related closures, wait times, and other setbacks. But don’t worry: Tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase—so you’ll have plenty of time to try the adventure again.
Since our facilities are weather-dependent, we recommend that you wait to purchase your ticket online until it is confirmed that the facility is open.
Whether you buy online or in person, the prices are the same—no hidden digital deals. If the line at the ticket counter is long, you can always buy your ticket online on the spot—it’s available immediately after purchase.
Please note: During the off-season, the online ticket shop is closed, and an online ticket is not a reservation—it’s simply your ticket to fun.
Tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase—that’s over 200 days of adventure. You’ll find the exact expiration date at the bottom of the ticket. Important: Tickets are not vouchers, even if they sometimes look like them. And ski passes follow their own rules when it comes to validity.
Only to a limited extent. We recommend gift cards—they’re less strict about expiration dates and remain valid longer than tickets.
Yes, groups, schools, and companies can pay by invoice—so everyone doesn't have to dig into their wallets individually.
The TopCard is valid with us and can be used for the railway facilities.
For the toboggan run or zipline, you only need the toboggan run or zipline flight—no chairlift required.

No, our tickets aren't like a passing trophy: they can't be used by multiple people at the same time. Every guest needs their own ticket—it's simple, and there's no ticket exchange.
During peak season, it’s sometimes best to take a deep breath instead of rushing right in. We display the approximate wait time on screens at several locations near the base station. Please note: This information is a snapshot and can change faster than the weather. The actual wait time depends on how many visitors are on the trail—and how leisurely or briskly they take their ride.
Unfortunately, backpacks and larger bags have to stay behind on the toboggan run and the zipline: for safety reasons, they’re not allowed on those rides. You can leave them at the bottom station—though there are no lockers, and you do so at your own risk. So far, we haven’t had any problems with theft, and the area is under video surveillance. On the chairlift, however, backpacks and bags are welcome to come along.
No problem. You can take your rucksack with you up the mountain and hand it in at the top station of the chairlift before the descent. We will transport it down and hang it up at the bottom station.
Our photo trap is waiting for the perfect moment on the toboggan run and at the zipline—but it’s not a paparazzi with a guarantee of success.
Our facilities are weather-dependent. Decisions regarding weather-related closures are made on the spot, not the day before. We base our decisions on current conditions. Closures may therefore occur in the event of heavy rain, thunderstorms, or strong winds—after all, the weather can be unpredictable.
Yes, even on the toboggan run there can sometimes be traffic jams—even without red lights or rush-hour traffic. Since everyone is moving at different speeds, a traffic jam may form, or you might not be able to toboggan quite as fast as you’d like. We try to prevent this by holding back the tobogganers at the start and letting them set off with enough space between them. Unfortunately, it’s not always possible to prevent it entirely.
Refunds due to traffic congestion are not available.
Thank you for your understanding—and remember: safety always comes first.
Unfortunately, no—we don't take reservations during regular operating hours. It's the good old "first come, first served" rule: whoever gets here first gets to sled or fly first.
No, young adventure seekers must be at least 3 years old to ride—regardless of how tall they are or how brave they look. This requirement comes from the manufacturer and is for safety reasons. Because even when it comes to fun, safety comes first, and adventure right after.
Four paws? Perfect! Dogs can ride the chairlift for free—at their own risk, of course. On the toboggan run and the zipline, however, they’ll have to watch from the sidelines instead of riding along.
You are responsible for boarding or looking after your dog. Unfortunately, we do not offer dog-sitting services—even though we’re sure some of our four-legged friends would have excellent references for it.
We are happy to transport your collapsible stroller up the chairlift—perfect for ensuring that your little ones have their bed with them for a nap.
Please note: Our trails at the top are not suitable for strollers—unless you have a genuine off-road model.
General information
We are usually available by phone during our business hours. However, when things get busy, the phone might ring a few times before we can answer. We’re probably busy taking care of our guests at that moment—thank you for your understanding.
If you have any questions or concerns, the best way to reach us is by email—that way, nothing gets lost in the shuffle of phone calls, and we can address your issue at our leisure.
All important information about our operating times, prices, access conditions and whether the facilities are open can be found on our website.
You can check the current weather the old-fashioned way on popular weather websites—or even better: on our webcam. It may not be a weather girl, but it gives you a pretty accurate picture of what’s actually falling from the sky here.
Yes, there's a large parking lot at the base station—so your car can wait comfortably while you set off on your adventure.
