Giant marble run

Where baubles make children's hearts beat faster

What looks like pure fun is actually full of technology and attention to detail: the ball track by artist Stefan Grünenfelder, made possible by the Roger Federer Foundation, has 14 clever mechanisms that allow the balls to crank, pull, climb and dance. They roll 145 meters through the adventure, without beginning and without end. And best of all: the fun is free.

Right next door, there's pedaling instead of cranking: the mini trolley takes the little ones on a muscle-powered ride over real train tracks. From the age of three: Get on, set off and have fun. Only open in summer - but an exciting highlight.

And while the children play, marvel and discover, parents can enjoy a refreshment, regional delicacies and an unobstructed view of the Grisons mountains on the sun terrace of the Portal restaurant.

After all, who says that only balls get rolling? On the Pradaschier adventure mountain, it's often the children's hearts that bubble over with joy, curiosity and playfulness. Just come along, try it out - and roll home with a smile.
